  • How can I find out the ingredients of a product?
    Ingredients are listed on the packaging of The 7 Species products.
    At The 7 Species, we live by our Nothing to Hide Ingredients policy to ensure that you know exactly all the ingredients that go into the products before you use them. We encourage you to view the ingredients listing for any of the products sold in our The 7 Species online store. The ingredients are listed together with the products on each product page. We are happy to answer any queries or concerns you have on any ingredients.
    If you have an additional ingredient inquiry that is not satisfied by the information posted on the packaging, please e-mail us at CustomerService@The7Species.com.
  • Why should I create an account?
    Creating an account on The7Species.com will make check-out quick and easy since your contact information will be saved for future purchases. For your security, The7Species.com will not save your credit card information in your account and will not share your contact information with outside parties.
  • What do I do if I forgot my password?
    If you forgot your password, simply click on “MY7” on the The7species.com homepage. Click the Forgot Your Password link and type your email address where indicated. An email will be sent to your email address with your password.
  • How do I change my account information?
    If you would like to change your account information, simply click on “MY7” on the The7Species.com home page. Enter your log-in information to enter the “MY7” area. Press on the “My Account” tab. Chose to “Edit” and change your account information as necessary. Click “Save” when complete.
  • Does The 7 Species ship to PO Boxes?
    The7Species.com ships via EMS which does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Does The 7 Species gift wrap items?
    The 7 Species is pleased to elegantly wrap all your orders for FREE. If you would like to include a message with your gift, please type your message in the text box under the “Gift Receipt” option. Please note that select items cannot be gift wrapped.
  • How do I check my order status?
    Click My Account on The7Species.com homepage. Log-in to your account at “MY7” and select “MY ORDERS”. You will see all your The7Species.com orders. Chose the order you would like to view in greater details and press the “View details” button. Your complete order will be shown along with its current status (bottom of the page). Furthermore, a tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been shipped - please check the email.

  • Returning Products
    The7Species.com purchases can not be returned in-store.
    If you would like to return an item, simply complete the Return Form included with your shipment. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form, in the original packaging. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the top of the original shipping label.

    Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label, within 30 days of purchase. The7Species.com is unable to refund shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return.

  • What happens if a product is out of stock?
    We do our best to make sure we keep all items in stock, but cannot always predict when an item will become highly sought after or when a shipment to our warehouse will be delayed.
    When an item becomes out of stock, it will either be unavailable to purchase through our store, or may be able to purchase through backorder if the new stock is expected to arrive soon. In rare instances a product may be sold which is already out of stock, then an email will be sent immediately to the customer about their order.
    You will always be reimbursed for out-of-sock products.
  • How do I apply a promo code?
    Simply enter your coupon code in the appropriate field and press the "Redeem Coupon" button when ordering.
    Coupons may not be used in conjunction with Reward points.
  • What are the shopping reward points?
    Almost every product sold on the website entitles you for valuable “MY7” reward points.
    You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
    Reward points can be redeemed for discounts, products, and exclusive offers sent to our club members via e-mail.

    You may use up to 100% of your existing reward points towards each new purchase to receive a discount.
    Reward points may not be used in conjunction with coupons.

    10 reward points = $1 discount
    50 reward points = $5 discount
    100 reward points = $10 discount
  • How do I earn shopping rewards points?
    Reward points are automatically added with the completion of your purchase.
  • What happens to un-used reward points?
    Un-used points will be banked for future submissions.
